A polished two-second product-launch chime: crisp, confident, and built for the moment a demo transitions to something new.

Retro Tech sound · 4.17 seconds · WAV format · Free download

Custom lock sounds need the car’s external pedestrian-warning speaker (Model 3 built September 2019 or later, Model S and Model X from the 2021 refresh, every Model Y and Cybertruck) and software 2023.44 or later.

How to install: download the file (it is already named LockChime.wav), copy it to Boombox/LockChime.wav on a FAT32 or exFAT USB drive, plug it into a USB port that carries data (the glovebox port on newer cars; rear ports only charge), then open Toybox → Boombox → Lock Sound, then choose USB.

source Generic tech/product launch chime — the polished two-second tone popularized by Apple keynote events and product demo videos throughout the 2010s. Not attributed to a specific franchise or artist. Use case: your Tesla's formal product launch, every single departure. Trivia: Apple's keynote sound design established a sonic vocabulary for the entire tech industry — the "product launch chime" became its own genre, signaling premium quality across countless brands.
