1. Use of service

Tesla Lock Sound provides downloadable audio files ("Sounds") intended for use as custom lock sounds, horn sounds, and other audio customizations for Tesla vehicles.

You agree to:

• Use the Sounds only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use the Sounds only in vehicles you own or have permission to modify
• Not redistribute, sell, or share the Sounds on other platforms
• Not modify the Sounds for commercial redistribution
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding vehicle modifications

2. Sound license

When you download Sounds from Tesla Lock Sound, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sounds under the following conditions:

3. Intellectual property

The website design, graphics, software, and Tesla Lock Sound branding are owned by Tesla Lock Sound and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Tesla Lock Sound name, logo, and brand elements are our trademarks. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

The clips in the library are third-party works: sound effects, game, film, and TV audio, memes, and recordings collected from public sound-effect archives. We do not relicense them. The library does not accept public uploads. Where a sound has a recorded source or creator, its page shows them under "source" and "credit"; not every sound has either.

All third-party trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Tesla Lock Sound does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Personal use in your own car. Clips are third-party works. DMCA notices honored. Downloading a sound means you accept that. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.

4. Disclaimers

The Sounds and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Sounds will be compatible with all Tesla models or software versions
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Sounds will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects in the Sounds will be corrected

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesla Lock Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Vehicle damage or malfunction
• Inability to use the service
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Creation tools, ads, and the API

• The trimmer and converter (/create, /convert) work in your browser. The audio you load is not uploaded. You are responsible for having the right to use the audio you bring.
• The voice generator page (/voice) sends the line you type and the voice you pick to ElevenLabs from our server, which returns the audio. Do not use it to imitate a real person.
• The site is paid for by Google AdSense ads, which show where advertising cookies are allowed. The privacy policy explains the choice.
• The read-only public API (/developers) has no key and is rate limited. Sounds you download through it fall under the same terms as sounds downloaded from the site.

7. Feedback and reports

If you send us feedback, a sound report, or other content by email or through the report form on a sound page:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it
• You confirm it does not infringe on any third-party rights
• We may use your feedback to improve our service without compensation
• We are not obligated to act on any suggestion or report

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
