Silvestri had previously scored Back to the Future (1985) and Captain America (2011). Use case: assembling your family for the school run. Trivia: Silvestri wrote the Avengers theme in just weeks after being brought on late in production; the heroic 4-note brass motif was designed to be instantly sing-able, which is why it worked as an earworm across the MCU's team-up films.
