How Tesla custom sounds workLockChime.wav is the exact filename Tesla looks for when playing a custom lock sound. Place it at Boombox/LockChime.wav on a FAT32 or exFAT USB drive and plug it into a front data port. Tesla plays it every time you lock the car.
The filename must be exact. Tesla's firmware ignores files with the wrong name, wrong extension, or placed in the wrong folder: there's no error message, the car simply plays nothing. Every sound in this library downloads ready-named as LockChime.wav so you can drop it straight onto the USB.
